Not understanding this gain...watching calories and cutting carbs...so frustrated
228.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My weight tends to fluctuate wildly for no apparent reason too. What I've learned is that if I stay on course and wait patiently, the drop will come. Hope you're comes soon! 🌈
