I'm eating milk with a macadamia nut cookie my friend bought for me. I am slowly going towards a vegetarian diet and have only two days of meat each week. Let's see if my weight will change cuz of my diet. So far, I've been working out a lot. I worked out today too, didn't run but did some weights. I will ask my friend to workout with me, maybe wake up at 6:15am and go to the gym for an hour. We'll see how it goes.
