Finally I showed a loss on the scale. I haven't been online in a while because I have been discouraged but I have stayed true to my plan. I was going to start the Fat Fast today but since I FINALLY lost, I put it off.
I am also on track with my 30 Day Squat Challenge. I am actually one day off but will make that up on my next rest day.
