I don't do anything at the same time every day, let alone weigh myself. But I am trying to remember to at least do that everyday. Also, my scale is not digital so no promises on how accurate it is, lol.

On a side note... if I give my dog part of my snack, should I go back to my food journal and update it?! Haha!
