I really need to start bulking. I have been trying to eat between 2100 and 2500 kcal a day, although some of that has been garbage recently (chips, cookies). I am losing more fat and becoming stronger with my lifts, but the scale keeps staying below 150. I do see many changes in my body, so maybe I shouldn't be too worried about it. I am patient, and so hopefully by the end of summer I will be somewhere in the 150s.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
