Halloween weekend really killed the diet, as I expected it would but I am surprised that I didn't gain more than I did. Doing this as a college student is rough but it SHALL be done!

223.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
