I was so careful and ate so much less yesterday and then my weight went up. I'm pretty discouraged today and almost gave it up, but I'm going to stick with it for a little while and see what happens...
280.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
