I didn't take may water pills yesterday. It also didn't feel like I was retaining a lot of water. (from pressing on my legs) I didn't take any of my pills yesterday morning (forgot) I took them all today about 1:00. I have been feeling better since I started doing this. Not anything I can really put may finger on just generally better. But I always did feel better when I didn't eat a lot
277.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
