Down a couple of tenths even though I pigged on 1400+ calories of spaghetti w/ meat sauce. Drinking my water. Getting my exercises in. Living well. Loving my FS Besties.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
