:( I just can't seem to get back on track. I don't understand. I have been more active, haven't even had a pop for 3 days, been pushing the water and I have GAINED weight!! Well I just need to stop this pity party and get with it! This is no ones fault but mine!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

If you've been more active and you are sore, your body might be retaining more water... Other than that be patient and stick with it! You didn't gain weight overnight, so you won't be able to lose it overnight either.

Thanks for your hello hun. So pleased to see a familiar face here... lol, I was feeling rather lonely! Well, I'm agreeing on the let's do this... no more falling off wagons, as it damn hurts! :/ Happy to try and spur you on again... I'm still doing a combination of WW and counting calories at the moment, to determine what is going to be the easiest. I've downloaded the free WWDiary mobile app in the hope that will help too. Just hope I've set up correctly, but filling in food diary too. Hopefully will see in a few weeks what the best path to follow again will be. Look forward to catching up... go girl, let's blast these lbs!!
