Going back to induction before I lose all the ground I've gained on my weight loss. :)

Have a physical Aug 20th... NEW GOAL... be down b/w 170-175 by my appt.

Increase my exercise to 5 days a week and include resistance training.


Concentrate on enjoying my life by singing every day, painting a few times a week and remembering how wonderful my life really is!!!
192.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.6 lb a week
