This is a difficult time and a difficult feeling. The first time I have gained weight and I have no excuse really. A series of difficult weeks and life throwing things at me, has caused me to lose site of my exercise routines (occasionally with good reason or relevant problems), but mostly with stress eating at night. It is time to kick myself back in line or just face it was otherwise all a waste of time. Back to work! :)
166.4 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
