I have lost more than 55 pounds since the beginning of the year. This month I have lost 11.2 pounds.

I eat 1200-1500 calories a day and exercise at least six hours a week--three hours of cardio and three hours of strength training. I try to walk at least one hour on the days I don't go to the gym. My blood sugar levels are now of someone who's not diabetic (5.9 A1C).
179.5 lb Lost so far: 55.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 4.5 lb a week
