ohhhhh, santa is going to leave me a lump of coal, cause I have been VERY NAUGHTY!!! I have not fallen off the wagon, but feel more like I have JUMPED off! I am not lost though, I have still been working out 5 to 6 times a week, and still have that I AM GOING TO DO THIS in my heart............I am holding on to that right now, I will not give up I just have to get myself started up right again, and remember that it takes several small steps. Not one BIG LEAP to be sucessful!
