well I started my diet on Sunday and being sick I lost 7lbs so really I'm at 194 I also stop smoking see I have bronchitis yes I'm doing this all at once and yes I'm not in the greatest mood but I do have the patch on but I need to stop killing my self. yes I will still eat something I like just in smaller size like two slices of pizza instead of half to 3/4 of a pizza pie I am starting to feel good about what I'm doing. I want to start running but I don't think right now that is a good idea because just walking is to much for my lungs no cig in 4 days
