It is tough to get focused and sticking to a program as the week progresses. Work has been busy and getting home later than expected makes it harder to keep on the diet.
I am still hoping to start the morning walks/jogs/runs tomorrow, Monday as once I get on that the dieting part seems to fall into place easily.
