Well that's wired - I was very strict yesterday drinking plenty of water, I ate 4 bananas, drank the rest of my juice from the day before, one coffee w/soya at school, a big salad with chickpeas, a few crackers at dinner, and here's the wired part - I ate crackers one after the other until 4am while working on my Marketing Exam! Lost 3 pounds! Very strange!
