Well, I don't really have any weight loss to report right now (I am back up to 201.6 as of this morning), even though I pushed myself really hard and I sorta watched what I ate. I know I've been slipping up a bit with what I'm eating, but I think I'm also battling a cold that my roommate has. I don't actually feel like I have a cold, but I feel sluggish and just generally unwell. I also haven't done measurements since Monday, though I feel like I haven't lost anything there either.

But at the same time, I know I'm improving and making myself better, so if I don't show weight and inches progress every week, I'm still going to try. I may feel tired and out of synch, but I'm going to do my best and forget the rest. I'm also going to try to increase my zinc and vitamin C to help kick this cold in the butt! I'm sure later in the day, I'll be feeling more pumped, so I just have to find a way out of this slump!
201.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am the same way same weight but its probabaly muscle building. I started Smart Smoothies from complete nutrition today and wow I was cleared out after that...today is pure cardio! READY!! I hope to lose 2 more pounds before the 20th, but I really would like to lose 5! We can do it your doing awesome over 4 pounds down already since insanity thats awesome!
