OK, I didn't lose any weight this week. I'm not going to get myself down though. Considering I made cookies, brownies, and bought a new flavor if ice cream I'll be happy with just not gaining more.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
