keto is going great 👍 seriously not having as many cravings for junk (they do still exist!!!) I'm grateful to have my partner helping me hold accountability and also I have downloaded an app to track how many days since my fastfood addiction ended and my new life started. seeing the days and hours really makes you wanna be good and seeing results just makes you want to push harder. thank God for keto
