Ternyata Abs Workoutnya Chloe Ting bisa juga nurunin berat badan, setelah 10 hari jalanin workoutnya. Padahal niatnya bukan di timbangan tapi di Absnya. 😂😂😂
103.6 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
