My weight's been fluctuating lately. But it's starting to go down and my body has been reacting to better habits. So... I'm hoping this is a sign that I can get back on the right track. I may just be able to reach 145 by January if I keep it up! But I think I'm going to realistically aim for at 150 since the holidays are coming up. Just gotta watch it on those other days.
