I have read through and followed Bob Harper's Skinny Rules. From Friday, I am down three pounds! Whoo Ho! My biggest challenge (and victory) this weekend was I had a BBQ to go to. I knew there would be all kinds of yummy-ness there and did not want to be tempted. So, I planned ahead and had a healthy lunch before I left, water while I was there, and a healthy dinner when I got back. I was not tempted at all because I was prepared. I am very proud of myself in that I was able to go and enjoy the party without being tempted or cranky!
