Getting a bit worried, I shouldn't be losing so quickly, but I'm also cutting down on even non-sugar sodas, so maybe water-weight?
205.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week

If you’re just starting or switching to a low carb diet, it’s mostly water. 💦 💦 💦

Also salt, if you reduced your salt intake that will cause water weight swings too.
