I have no trouble getting my exercise in. My BIG problem is in the food side of things. I just don't write things down. Every day I start off really well and write things down, then I get to work and I get so busy I just don't get time to log on and forget to write things down. I've also slipped into the bad habit of guessing portion sizes instead of weighing.
I know I have to resolve both of these issues in order to succeed otherwise I can exercise until I'm blue in the face and it won't make any difference at all :-(

Have you tried planning your meals ahead of time? Like the morning track everything you are going to eat and stick to it. That helps me.
