My busiest term will finish this Sunday, and I can't wait! Actually, I feel like it's over and don't want to study anymore. It's dangerous. I could ruin one of my course because I totally messed it up on the first exam already. I need to hung on till Sunday. Another term will start from Monday, but it shouldn't be as bad as this term.

Lucky, my weight is not straying away too far from my goal. I wonder if it is due to the loss of muscle mass...? I know my diet has been really bad at lease last a couple of weeks. I checked my waist size, and .... well, it's pretty much the same. I take it as a okay sign for now. From the next week, I restart my "better life style" and will have fun with workout!



**This is my notes**
Target range for 1200kcal/day
Carb: 135-195g --> no more than 180g
Fat: 27-47g --> no more than 45g
Protein: 60-105g --> target above 75g

I probably never had too-much-protein day, and I often have too-much-carb day. Since I am watching total calories, too much carb means other nutrition are very insufficient on that day. I have to be careful.
115.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
