WOW! ok, time to start the diet. Orientation at work today, did a LOT of walking. The day started out so well. Great news at work, perfect schedule ect, ect... then I went home. AS USUAL, my day was INSTANTLY ruined.. so i ate, and i ate WAY too much... tomorrow, protien shake and coffee ONLY!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
