Been sticking to my weight watchers points and on the weekend I give myself a break and eat what I want in moderation. I'm slowly losing weight and getting closer to my goal.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
