2007 kcal Fat: 73.20g | Prot: 115.94g | Carb: 214.30g.   Breakfast:  Schinken (Extra mager),  Frischkäse,  Mischbrot, Aldi Holländischer Gouda,  Milch 1,5%, Kölln Müsli Schoko-Banane. Lunch: Las Cuarenta Serrano Schinken,  Möhren, Alnatura Rote Linsen, Lidl Delikatess Wiener Würstchen. Dinner: Milfina Butter ,  Gekochtes Ei, Mestemacher Pumpernickel (55g), Delikatess Wiener Würstchen, Exquisa Quarkcreme,  Himbeeren. Snacks/Other: DM Bio Dinkel Waffeln Natur, TiP Müsliriegel Nuss, DM Bio Mini Dinkel Schokokekse. more...
