omg so happy i weighted my self and i lost five pounds so happy with my self getting closer to my goal weight. But i am trying to make a life style of living healty. i have high blood pressure and i have to make a change for me. and my water intake has went down so i am excited to see how many bottles a day is that. i am loving me
240.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
