naked am after poop b4 breakfast was between 162 and 162.5 disapointed i didnt loose more worked really hard this week! maybe ill check it again in 2 days.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
