Today is the beginning of week 2!! YAY!! I continue with the no caffeine, and shopped for much healthier options as opposed to the unhealthier things I used to eat.
I caught a cold, I think from my son. Or maybe perhaps because of the changes in season. Either way.... I vow to be good to my body this week. I need plenty of rest and fluids when I get back from work.
