This past week has been the week from HELL in my life! Then I fell off the calorie wagon big time. On top of it, haven't had time to exercise, so that just increases my stress level. And this upcoming week doesn't appear to be starting off any better. Thank goodness I got my tickets to see John Mellencamp for his Florida dates in March 2011... At least I have that to look forward to!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wait...i was reading your food journal and it said "unsweetened tea"! Is that factual? I can't believe it!!

Yes, it's true! I weaned myself to get used to it by mixing half sweet and half unsweet. I still keep a gallon of the sweet on hand in case of emergency! But I try to stick with the unsweetened most of the time. And if we eat out too.
