I have a full blown cold today. Ate mostly soup yesterday. Gotta get better before we go on our trip to the Blue Ridge Mtns this Friday. Hope this Zicam helps.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1389 kcal Fat: 63.96g | Prot: 51.28g | Carb: 164.16g.   Breakfast: whole foods granola, low fat milk, raisin, apple, oatmeal. Lunch: tomato cream soup. Dinner: vinaigrette dressing, artichoke hearts, tomato, avocado, pinto beans, sirloin steak. Snacks/Other: Hot Chocolate Mix, coconut, banana, Lindt 85% chocolate, peach. more...

The back of my nose and throat have been feeling scratchy. I am hoping it is due to the change of weather as it went from Summer to Winter overnight, yikes! Achoo... oh no!!! LET'S KEEP WELL! TOWANDA!!
