Well I took a really long break from 100% strict dieting and dieted some days and not most and here I am 5 pounds heavier. Needless to say I am back and setting getting under 160 as my first goal!
167.8 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
