=) All smiles this morning after my weigh in!! Paid special attention to calorie intake, although most of the time I don't even count! I've gotten to the point where I know about how many calories are in which food items. Shit, I even ate a giant ribeye steak and had some alcoholic drinks at a bonfire Saturday. I'm feeling I've got the hang of this weight loss thing. Still working it at the gym at least three to four days a week and strength training with kettle bells a couple days a week. When I started out two months ago I could do one mile in thirty minutes with zero resistance on the elliptical. Now I can do three and a half miles, on resistance level seven!! Quite the improvement. I also think I'm ready to bump up my kettle bell weight. I currently have a ten, going up to fifteen! Very proud!!
252.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
