Not even stepping on the scale this week. Period over, but PMS symptoms still persist. Doesn't look like this is coming off any time soon. Can we just his menopause, please?! This fluctuating is killing me!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
