Actually started looking more closely at my eating habits after a fellow coach's reminder about a 2-second/mile/pound of excess weight correlation. Know I gained a good five pounds in muscle mass from lots of swimming (part of triathlon training), but there's some weight here that just cannot be justified.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
