This is officially the lowest I've been in 2 years. I hit the 213 mark once, very briefly, and went straight back up to 220 where I hovered for a long long time. 213 also marks the official "20lb down" from my highest, so I'm feeling pretty proud. Whereas last week I was complaining that I couldn't feel any loss yet, something has shifted in the last few days, and I feel a little smaller than I once was (if I pay attention).
Pretty motivating to continue.
