It seems to work best if I take my oil in the evening... During the day I rarely need it, and sometimes it actually makes me nauseated...
Gotta slow down that pendulum.
Only way that seems to work right now is NOT to eat at night (after 4PM), which is really hard for me to do, or very easy.
If I eat ONE bite (or i.e. a small portion of anything), I can't seem to stop. I hate that overpowering helplessness.
So on we go.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
