Not giving up. Mistakes are bad but I can't hate myself for them. I can only try harder and be more determined. I came up with a little something. It isn't much but it's fun to me. I really like crafting, so I got a wooden box and carved out motivational sentences and quotes allover with a special battery-powered pen. I have
3 plastic pearl necklaces that I don't need so from now till Christmas I'll be using them to help me with my diet.
I cut out a red pearl for every carb I eat. These pearl carbs go in the box. I can't have any more than the amount of pearls on the necklace from now till Christmas which is enough for 15-20 carbs a day (it's a very long necklace). The green and silver pearls are like a count down: one green pearl every day till December 20th, silver pearls from then till Christmas.
On Christmas I'll make them into a necklace that represents the effort I put into my diet and to motivate me to go on. It's like a very small but symbolic Christmas gift to myself.
Yesterday I gathered up a tone of yoga poses and exercise on Youtube. I put them into a CD that I can watch on the TV. Looking forward to learning them all this week.
