Well I was at 280 at the Drs office when he said “hey you may wanna lose 50-60 lbs. finally got serious about diet and effort so my start off weight was 280. Stepped on the scale tonight before bed and BOOM 4.6 lbs gained. FAAKKK!
284.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
