It is 7 35 am and I haven't eaten yet. I plan to work out first then have breakfast. I read somewhere that the body burns calories faster on an empty stomach early in the morning. However replenishing the energy lost with food is essential to maintain a healthy metabolism. Today I plan to eat no bread just fruits veggies and water.
