So greatful for the loss however small had a awful week stayed below my calories every single day but took away goods calories for coco amd cakes TOTM😏🤦‍♀️
142.2 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
