I am hoping that this will work out better this time, since I have cleaned out my cabinets and eliminated all sugars, sweets, breads and pastas. I am sick of feeling this way. I look in the mirror and I see double chins, flapping arms, and excess fat everywhere else. I can't walk like I used too, and I am embarassed when I go out in public because I don't have nice clothes, mostly sweats.....that sucks!!!!!!
