Just finished my cardio in the morning = 1hr. Then later in the evening I'll do weights for 30 mins.
I also been eating healthy since my roommate is watching me. She's like, you can't eat this or that... and we have 4 bags of chips and 36 cans of pepsi. Yeah... thanks for the temptation. Overall, I've been doing well so I'm only going to drink water and tea.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
