Just finished my cardio in the morning = 1hr. Then later in the evening I'll do weights for 30 mins. I also been eating healthy since my roommate is watching me. She's like, you can't eat this or that... and we have 4 bags of chips and 36 cans of pepsi. Yeah... thanks for the temptation. Overall, I've been doing well so I'm only going to drink water and tea.
