I'm ready for a change. Today is the day. I'm going to make an effort to follow the insanity diet plan as much as I can during the day (maybe the exception being the morning until the week before Insanity starts).

Here's my game plan:
Work out 3 - 4 times a week either doing Insanity workouts to prepare for insanity or doing other workouts such as dancing or Hip Hop Abs. From today on, follow the Insanity diet plan throughout the day (the exception being breakfast), and then a week from now, I'm going to include breakfast in preparation for Insanity. This time, I'm going to do everything right, and with Sylvia working out beside me, we can conquer the world!

Also, as a heads up, I have a lot of junk food stored up, so I'm trying to eat that during breakfast and then having 4 other meals around 400 calories each day. According to the Insanity diet plan, I should be eating around 2700 calories a day in 5 meals every few hours to keep my metabolism running, but I think 2000 is a much more reasonable number. I'm going to try to eat 5 meals a day though, two listed under snacks since there is only 4 spaces for meals.
