I'm happy with yesterday, which helps me start today!

We live in an era, in a mindset that glorifies perpetual revolution- change for change sake...everything we are seeing now, today is directly related to the nature of the tree. A crabapple tree won't grow oranges.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
