Yey go me
200.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

I try to do 30 mins of exercise 5 times a week ...mostly I cycle .when lockdown is over I will mix in some swimming.....my diet is what I need to work on its too hit n miss at the moment.
