This is Fri weigh in. I keep forgetting to add my weight until a few min after midnight lol I'm up some . I need to work on my weekends. i eat more and it takes me all week to lose it. Not doing a good job of losing right now.
105.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
